Use of GTIN, Barcode and other intellectual property

Subscribers may use only the GTINs issued to you by GS1 Cambodia.
Must not use any number issued by GS1 Cambodia to any other person / company.
Must only use the GS1 Cambodia Numbers issued to you in connection with the manufacture, asle and identification of your products.
Must not alter the GS1 Cambodia Numbers licensed to you in any way.
Subscribers must comply with the technical standard set out in the manuals and guidelines that GS1 Cambodia may require from time to time.

Terms of Enrollment

Any Company which wishes to be a subscriber to the GS1 System shall complete the Application form.

Terms of Payment

All new members are obliged to pay a once off joining fee at the time of register. Annual fee is payable in full at the time of joining and is calculated according to the type of member you are and your organization’s issued capital in the investment or business.
You must pay the annual fee within 30 days of the date if GS1 Cambodia invoice. GS1 Cambodia may from time to time, increase the registration fee and annual fee by giving you at least 30 day’s written notice. You must pay an administration fee for any overdue amount calculated at the rate of 5% per month.
Where products bearing GTIN issued to you are already in the market place at the time the membership is terminated. Moreover, in case member resigned his/her membership of GS1 Cambodia, but their products still on the market, he/she have to get punishment of paying 30% of the annual fee.
In case member wishes to resign his/her membership of GS1 Cambodia, he/she shall inform GS1 Cambodia at least 3 months before the closing date. And complete the membership resignation form and give back related documents: Certificate and Welcome Letter to GS1 Cambodia of Cambodia Chamber of Commerce.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit card, money transfer or bank transfer.

លក្ខខណ្ឌក្នុងការបង់តម្លៃសេវា

សមាជិកថ្មីត្រូវបង់ថ្លៃសេវាចូលជាសមាជិកតែម្តងគត់ នៅពេលដាក់ពាក្យស្នើសុំ។ ថ្លៃសេវាប្រចាំឆ្នាំ (បង់ជារៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំ) ត្រូវបង់គ្រប់ ចំនួននៅពេលចុះឈ្មោះ និង ត្រូវបានគណនាទៅតាមប្រភេទអង្គភាពរបស់សមាជិក និង ដោយផ្អែកលើប្រាក់ទុនរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន ឬ អង្គភាពផងដែរ។
លោក អ្នកត្រូវតែបង់ថ្លៃប្រចាំឆ្នាំក្នុងអំឡុងពេល ៣០ថ្ងៃ រាប់ពីថ្ងៃចេញវិក័យប័ត្ររបស់ ជីអេស១ កម្ពុជា។ ជីអេស១កម្ពុជា នឹងជម្រាបជូន លោកអ្នកជាលាយល័ក្ខអក្សរ យ៉ាងហោចណាស់ ៣០ថ្ងៃ ក្នុងករណីមានការតម្លើងថ្លៃប្រចាំឆ្នាំ។ លោក អ្នកត្រូវបង់ថ្លៃសេវារដ្ឋបាលសម្រាប់ការបង់ថ្លៃ ដែលហួសពេលកំណត់ក្នុងអត្រា ៥% មួយខែ។
លោក អ្នកនៅតែត្រូវបង់ថ្លៃប្រចាំឆ្នាំទោះបីជាសមាជិកភាពត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់ក៏ដោយ ក្នុងករណីផលិតផលដែលមានប្រើប្រាស់ លេខជីអេស១ កម្ពុជា របស់លោក អ្នកមានដាក់លក់នៅទីផ្សារ។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ ក្នុងករណីលោក អ្នកបានបំពេញពាក្យ សុំលាឈប់សមាជិកភាព តែលោក អ្នកនៅតែបន្តប្រើប្រាស់លេខបារកូដ លោក អ្នកត្រូវពិន័យបង់ជាប្រាក់ ៣០% នៃការបង់ប្រចាំឆ្នាំរបស់លោក អ្នក។
ប្រសិនបើក្រុមហ៊ុន ឬ សិប្បកម្មមានបំណងលាឈប់ពីសមាជិកភាព ជីអេស១ កម្ពុជា ត្រូវជូនដំណឹងមកកាន់ ជីអេស១ កម្ពុជា យ៉ាងហោច ណាស់៣ខែមុនពេលបិទអាជីវកម្ម និងត្រូវអញ្ជើញមកបំពេញពាក្យលាឈប់ពីសមាជិកភាព ដោយប្រគល់ឯកសារពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងៗ មួយចំនួនរួមមាន វិញ្ញាបនប័ត្រ (Certificate) និងលិខិតបញ្ជាក់សមាជិកភាព (Welcome Letter) មកកាន់ ជីអេស១ កម្ពុជា នៃសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជាវិញ ជាដាច់ខាត។
